For Impulse sealing, is sealing Timer control. Congealing time is necessary to an excellent and perfect sealing..

1. Press down the Handle, the upper bar will be sucked by electromagnet.
2. After sealing & congealing times up.
3. Slide the knife to cut the bag edge or tube film.
4. Press the release button to lift the sealing bar.
Auto Sealer (Electromagnet Control) WHN-300YA, WHN-450YA, WHN-600YA
WU-HSING made Automatic Sealer (WHN-A) is designed for the continuous sealing of polyethylene and polypropylene materials by scissor type sealing bar. Controlled by a plug-in Timer that provides the uniform pressure by an electromagnet.
Once the correct Timer settings have been programmed, consistent seals are maintained automatically to make the last sealing as perfect as the first. 3 Timers (Sealing time, Congealing time, Re-cycle (waiting) time) setting is maintained automatically for auto operation. Foot switch for manual operation(Re-cycle (Waiting) time must be “0”). *Congealing time is necessary for Impulse sealing

WU-HSING’s WNS series come with one stronger Electromagnet offers an uniform pressure to suit a larger & heavier sealing.
To save the power of operator. Sealing width: 2.7mm/5mm/10mm (optional)
Available size: 300~1200mm. Ideal for PE, PP, OPP, PVC, POF materials.
Press the Foot Switch lightly, then sealing & cooling will be finished easier. Ideal for need higher pressure package.
