How to select the suitable Vacuum Packing machine?

Vacuum Packing machines: 1. In-Chamber 2. Out of Chamber :

1 . In- chamber vacuum sealer : our WVVB-255A/C/D, WVVB-355A/B, SC-450D, WSV-620E

The package must be put inside of chamber so that has bag & products size limited :

1. oil-less pump: suitable for solid & dry products   model No.: WVVB-255A/355A

2. Applications: tea leaves, rice, beans, electronic components…

3. oil-filling pump: Suitable for liquid & powder.  model No.: WVVB-255C/D, 355B
    Applications: meat, fish, seafood, frozen food, blood, prepared food, milk powder… 
    But, its filter has to be cleaned and the oil has be replaced after using 6-8 months

Advantages :

1. Can be more than one package at a time.

2. less liquid & powder can be vacuum.

3. if much liquid & powder, can be used deep chamber or side chamber.

4. vacuum capacity : >95%

5. Can be added on Gas flushing device. 

Disadvantages : 

1. size limited.

2. must clean the filter & replace the oil.

3. big machine & heavier weigh

2 . Out of chamber :

1. Nozzle type: our VV-T series, VVB-T series, LMV-T series. 

Come with a Nozzle to suck the air out from bag : 

1. No bag length limited.

2. Any bags (Thicker PE can be available)

3. Can be added on Gas flushing device.

4. depend on the package to select the machine. 

Disadvantages : 

1. Ideal for solid & dry products. (no powder & liquid)

2. Pneumatically control: Needs extra Air compressor. 

3. Vacuum capacity: 75-85% (because Nozzle must be pulled back) 

Applications : 

1. coffee green beans, tea leaves, electronic components, trays, chemical, etc. 

*ASV-320, WZV-305 can be vacuum powder & liquid products because of water collect cup. But, the liquid will be sucked more into water collect cup…. 

2. Smaller chamber type: our WVM-305, WVM-405, WVM-15, WVMN-15, WVT-455T/605T, WVF-455T/605T, WVVB-455T/605T 

To suck the air from the smaller chamber : 

1. No bag length limited.

2. WVM- Stainless steel housing (no rust)

3. Can be more than one package at a time.

4. Compact & durable

5. Cheaper price 

Disadvantages : 

1. Must use the special bags, such as Nylon lined (embossed) bag, Nylon folded bag, Nylon bag with back fin, Alum. Folded bag, Alum. Bag with back fin… 

Applications : 

1. coffee beans, tea leaves, seed, seafood, frozen food …etc. 

3 . Continuous vacuum: our SY-M903A SY-M903V, SY-M905V 

1. Any bags (Thicker PE can be available)

2. Rotary speed is faster (Max. speed: 10M/per minute)

3. Oil-less pump 300w

4. Can be put one after one bag

5. Distance from the bag opening to products: 35mm

6. Optional: Date Imprinter & counter 
7. Optional: stainless steel 

Disadvantages : 

1. Ideal for solid & dry products. (no powder & liquid)

2. Conveyor has loading weight limited. (903A/903V: 5kg, 905V: 10kg)

3. Vacuum capacity: 75-85% (because Nozzle) 

Applications : 

1. food, chemical, hardware parts, electronic components …etc. 

*extra air compressor 6-7kg/cm2
*distance from the bag opening to products: 80mm
